Close to downtown Atlanta, the 80-acre development boasts great visibility and access. Part of a 19-block redevelopment, Summerhill Station is transforming local parking lots and inspiring a once stagnant Georgia Avenue with new retail traffic. NELSON Worldwide served as both the Design Architect and Architect of Record for the project, overseeing core-and-shell construction for three two-story retail and service buildings, a two-level parking deck, and a Publix grocery store. With the addition of Publix, the Summerhill neighborhood is no longer a food desert, providing the community with access to fresh food and convenient parking.
